My clients are often looking to gain clarity; actualizing their identity beyond who they’ve historically been. Some may be exploring significant parts of who they are (i.e. relationships, sexuality, gender, career, passions/interests.) Others have experienced a shift, such as a life-cycle event, new school or employment, and are looking to live more authentically and reclaim their lives with purpose. They may feel disconnected or lonely, frustrated or stuck, insufficient or “not enough," thinking life has not turned out as planned. I also enjoy providing therapy to other mental health clinicians and students!
Offering a relational and client-centered approach, I work with my clients to identify patterns in their thoughts, behaviors and relationships which can inform beneficial change and lead to connection and a more satisfying and meaningful life.
