At Westside OCD & Anxiety Center, I specialize in evidence-based treatment for OCD, Anxiety & related disorders; such as Social Anxiety Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Health Anxiety, Panic Disorder, and Phobias. I utilize CBT (including Exposure and Response Prevention and I-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Restructuring.
Through my work, I teach my clients to build continued psychological flexibility to handle life’s (endless) curveballs. I am passionate about using evidence-based treatment to support you to live your most meaningful life.
