Hi! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10+ years working with adults and seniors with severe mental illnesses. I am in-network with several insurance companies. I work exclusively with online therapy to help people find ways to manage their anxiety, depression or drug and alcohol use in order to lessen the negative impact on relationships, work, and goals in life. I use a combination of therapeutic systems to find one that works best for each person. I offer 8-to-12-week CBT courses to help people learn effective ways to manage their depression and anxiety and move forward with their life.

Diagnoses that I have treated include major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorders. I have a sub-specialty of working with former cult members and people in high demand/high control relationships.

This is a challenging time for many people. You can feel overwhelmed and think there is no solution to your problems. A person and a therapist, working as a team, have much better outcomes than a person working alone. I look forward to being on your team.
