Many people I work with have been in therapy before and learned cognitive or mindfulness skills that, while helpful, don't seem to go quite deep enough. Often, they have the sense that there is more to their challenges than meets the eye, but they don't quite know how to figure it out.
I can help you figure out your why. When we discover the unconscious meanings and motivations we've been carrying around with us, we often find that we have a new flexibility where we've previously felt stuck. The therapy relationship we build with one another can help by providing new experiences that, when combined with new insights, can facilitate growth.
