As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to helping my patients understand their core emotional issues, identify their strengths, and move forward towards growth, insight, and self-compassion. I have seen the power of healing through secure relationships, so I strive to provide a safe, authentic, and attuned therapeutic space to promote transformation and wellbeing.
My therapeutic style employs a Rogerian approach, which empowers and motivates my patients to move forward in life with unconditional positive regard. Evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) are utilized in my practice to best help my patients on their healing journey.
I recognize that no two individuals are the same, and I take pride in developing an individualized treatment plan for each patient in order to best match their specific needs and therapy goals.
