I am a licensed psychologist who provides general therapy services to adult individuals. My approach to therapy is both humanistic and collaborative. I strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance, warmth, safety, and caring in my practice.

I have an integrative approach to therapy and keep an open mind when working with my clients to choose the best treatment plan for the individual. I am knowledgeable in Positive Psychotherapy, LGBTQ+ Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also encourage creative forms of therapy and nature exposure.

Using evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT and DBT, and Family Systems Theory, we can uncover new stories that better define who we are, what we want, and allow us to heal.

I have been in practice 18 years and continue to feel privileged and look forward to meeting with and talking to my clients daily! I love learning about and connecting with the people I work with an I'm enthusiastic in my approach to therapy. I have a background in working with clients with substance use issues and also work extensively with families and loved ones affected by substance use. I also help clients with issues like depression, anxiety, grief and stress. I use mindfulness, meditation, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and ACT among others to help clients change their internal dialogs.
