I have over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I work with ages 8 and up. I provide therapy to those suffering from anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, bi-polar, borderline personality disorder, postpartum depression and marital conflict.
My approach includes, but is not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and trauma work. I am also a level three Gottman therapist which uses the Gottman method to treat marital discord.
