In therapy, we work together to make sense of what’s holding you back so you can reconnect with your authentic self and show up with confidence and ease — both for yourself and in your relationships.
My approach is relational, nonjudgmental, and deeply person-centered. I integrate psychodynamic and somatic approaches, including Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS), along with relational techniques from EFT and Gottman. I also have training in perinatal mental health, and am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional.
