My therapeutic approach is relational, non-judgmental, and person-centered. I strive to look at you as a whole person, seeking to find your strengths that can be utilized as resources. I most commonly draw from psychodynamic and somatic therapies, including Brainspotting and IFS, as well as relational and cognitive behavioral therapy.
