Areas of experience: anxiety, depression, relationships, adjusting to new life experiences, substance use, and bereavement and grief counseling. I am also a certified master level reiki practitioner. I offer reiki services as well. I have experience in the hospital setting working with individuals and families with medical, mental and social comorbidities.
