Flourish is a weekly women's circle where you can find your power and softness in a cultivated safe space of encouragement and vulnerability. The group utilizes a mindfulness based approach with a focus on peer building skills and self exploration activities. The women are able to connect to themselves and each other through creative tasks, lady talk time, and guided journaling. The mission is to step into your true authentic self and embrace sisterhood.

Somatic Psychology

Moving through the uncomfortable gently. Breaking the hold of tension and trauma in the body via somatic movement, slow and controlled mobility exercises to bring awareness to your body and connecting to your breath. Somatic Psychology includes: stretching and yoga poses, shaking/swaying to self soothe and connect to the body, humming, tapping, and meditation to support the nervous system.
