I primarily work with teens/young adults and issues related to women's health
My approach to therapy is simple: create a strong foundation for trust, honesty, and openness. I pull from a number of different theoretical orientations, but mainly utilize a mix of CBT and solution-focused. I am also trained in EMDR. My hope for all of my clients is to increase healthy habits which will lead to an improved overall wellbeing.
