Tired, stressed, anxious, and unsure as to why? Are you struggling to deal with your current life situation, stuck in the past or worried about the future? I will be your biggest advocate and encourager while you dive headfirst into discovering aspects of yourself that you never knew existed that may be wounded parts that keep you stuck. I will cheer you along the way while you embark on your path of conquering your fears and starting to understand your true self.
I partner with you from an "eclectic theoretical approach". I look at you as a whole person and tailor my approach to you individually. Some of these approaches include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Trauma-informed lens, and Attachment Theory. I can also provide faith-based counseling if desired.
Part of why I became a counselor is I experienced the beauty and relief that came with finally feeling whole on my own journey through therapy and my faith. I enjoy having clients become in-touch with their past hurts and traumas and accepting them as part of their story to begin the healing process.
