My goal is to help you achieve balance and wellness in your life. We work collaboratively using proven treatment approaches. I work with adults, young adults, and school-age children (ages 4 to 12) who are faced with a difficulty that impacts quality of life. When I work with children, I collaborate with parents as well. My goal is to help people understand the complexities of mental health and develop healthy strategies to improve their lives. Change is hard, and we work together to make that happen.
I am a certified DBT therapist, and a certified provider in the area of 1­2­3 Magic: a 3­ step parenting therapy. I have also been trained in many major therapies. I am experienced in diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder in young children, as well as psychological testing to help you with treatment.
