For Beginners or Seasoned Meditators, come join in a group experience of discovering and sharing mindful meditation practices. Experience Metta, Tonglen, Yoga Nidra, Self Compassion, Breath, Mantra and Body Scan mindfulness practices in a warm, encouraging and compassionate Sangha.
