I believe that people are their own personal experts in their lives, but sometimes we need help unlocking that expert due to times of becoming overwhelmed and shut down in the past.
Because each person is different, I utilize a variety of therapies in order to tailor our sessions to help each person in a manner that best suits them. I am certified in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Brainspotting. Each of these therapies help to get to the heart of the issue vs just put a bandaid on it where it still exists under the surface.
