The feeling of partnership has been lost and there is a desire to shed old patterns and reconnect.

Sometimes it takes an extra set of eyes to see the answers, and that's okay. Whether this is your first time seeing a therapist or not, the undertaking of therapy is one that takes a lot of courage and strength to take on. Just know I will be there every step of the way, whether it be for life changes, or something deeper like trauma or depression.

Problems arise in everyday life, but it can sometimes be pretty difficult to know how to navigate them. Envisioning your best outcome is something I pride myself in. What do you want it to look like?
