I offer individual, family and couple services. I maintain a dual Masters degree in Dance/Movement therapy and Couple Family Therapy. My work is geared towards families, individuals and couples who are looking to connect their feelings and emotions within their minds and bodies.

While using creative modalities like dance/movement, I also use traditional talk therapy to create a strong foundation of person centered care. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy and attachment theory.

Together, we can develop tools to help you deepen connections within yourself and with others, while helping you grow and achieve personal goals. As well as learning healthy tools in resolving conflicts within relationships.
