Many of my clients are navigating life transitions or feeling stuck in self-doubt, comparison, or the pressure to meet others’ expectations. My therapeutic style is motivational & strengths-based. We’ll reframe self-critical thoughts, shift toward a more optimistic perspective, & build a lasting sense of self-worth that isn’t dependent on external validation
Using CBT & an eclectic approach, I build a trusting relationship to help identify triggers, unpack beliefs, & create practical strategies. As a Christian therapist, I offer faith integration for those who desire it while honoring each client’s unique path.
