**I am doing telehealth and in person appointments. When you are faced with challenges, conflicts and loss, it can be difficult to overcome on your own. I believe we all have the strength and knowledge inside of us, we just need a little help finding it, and we all need someone with whom we can express ourselves. Life challenges can bring us to a place where support from a neutral and caring professional can make a needed difference. Counseling can help you get to a place of recovery, peace and empowerment.
My therapy style is warm and respectful. My experience is in working with persons individually as well as couple relationships. I see ages preteen to older adult. I bring mindfulness-based techniques, skill building and help to identify correlation between thoughts and emotions. I also utilize a strength-based approach.
I strive to create a supportive and hopeful environment to help you achieve goals, overcome conflicts and lead a happier more fulfilling life. I look forward to working together with you to identify and achieve your goals.
