My experience includes working with couples, children/adolescents, families, and adult individuals. My therapeutic orientation focuses on family of origin and how that connects to an individual's patterns, relationships, thoughts, behaviors, and unconscious beliefs about themselves. I begin each session by meeting my clients where they are in their journey.
My joy is helping adult individuals and couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and traumatic experiences. I believe that therapy works because I’ve supported countless people just like you!
