I take a humanistic, person-centered approach to therapy that’s also trauma-informed. I have worked with adult and adolescent clients seeking support with a wide range of issues including: depression, anxiety, effects of trauma and violence, grief and loss, relationships, life changes, and high stress or abuse at home, work, and school.
