Hi I am Jack Cottom, a licensed professional counselor. Welcome to my practice. I have been practicing psychotherapy for more than 10 years. I specialize in working with issues around trauma, identity, self esteem, depression, anxiety, and confidence. My goal in my practice is to assist you with addressing the 'thing' that has you stuck in a certain place whether it's a way of thinking, behaving, trauma, or lack of knowledge and/or skill.
I believe counseling is hugely powerful because through the relationship you are able to gain some awareness about yourself, learn some skills, and implement those skills to live the life that you ultimately want to live.
I am accepting new patients, in person, at my Buckhead location as well as telehealth patients across Georgia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. My availability is M-F 10am-5pm.
