I provide individual, family and couples therapy in English and Russian languages. Are you struggling with uncertainty? Are your relationships at risk or in conflict? The work we do together will be collaborative and targeted to meet the unique goals you identify. I am trained in Gottman model, use Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family System and cognitive based approaches.

I work with individuals, couples and families to address relationship concerns, improve couple relationships, provide help and support with parenting, anxiety, immigration issues, grief and loss, life transitions, etc. My approach to therapy is experiential, client-focused and evidence-based.

Wherever you are on your journey, I will create a safe supportive space that empowers you to explore concerns and archive your goals. I believe that people are inherently good and strive toward growth, and my role as therapist is to help identify and remove obstacles to create lasting positive change.
