A highly experienced and effective licensed clinical psychologist, I have helped people from all walks of life with many problems in living. Although I specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, and grief - my true specialty is change. I believe that what causes change in therapy is your therapist's skills and understanding and also the efforts you make to change.
The one thing in life we can control is ourselves, and when we do that, we can be more successful in responding to all the challenges we face. Therapy helps navigate through the voyage into your "inner territory" where those changes take place. The collaborative relationship we form together makes that a safe and hopefully enjoyable voyage.
