I’m a therapist who specializes in perinatal issues including postpartum depression and anxiety, adjustment to motherhood/parenthood, intrusive thoughts, infertility, miscarriage, and infant loss. I have training in working with gender-based violence such as sexual assault, rape, and domestic violence. I also have experience assisting clients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-harm, and trauma. I get deep satisfaction from working with couples, using best practices from advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy to recreate emotional connection. I also am trained in using EMDR to help individuals experience relief from the burden of traumatic experiences.
