Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, curious, and very human. It’s a real conversation and a place where you can exhale a little—where you don’t have to perform, hold everything together, or mask parts of yourself. I’m interested in the why underneath things: the patterns you’ve developed, the relationships and experiences that shaped you, and the ways you’ve learned to understand yourself.
I love working with late-diagnosed or questioning neurodivergent women and moms who have spent years holding it all together while wondering why everything feels so hard. I also specialize in perinatal mental health and enjoy working with thoughtful, curious clients who want to understand themselves deeply and make meaningful change.
Additionally, I specialize in both sex therapy and treating relational and sexual trauma, including helping people heal from purity culture. Our work might include untangling shame, reconnecting with your body and sexuality, exploring desire, or figuring out what you believe and want after years of being told who you should be.
