I work with clients at their own pace to not only process what they are going through, but also help them be autonomous. I help clients process through their trauma or what they're going through while teaching them coping and wellness skills to take control back over their own lives. I know anything can be considered a crisis or a traumatic event and that's why I create a non-judgmental space, flexibility and adaptability to address different client needs.

Matthew Caston is an LCPC with several years of experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of personal and clinical issues (mood, anxiety, behavioral, life transition, men's/women's issues, relationships, trauma, etc.). My style is nonjudgmental, compassionate, and strength focused and I openly celebrate anybody who is working to level themselves up. I coach my clients to trust their gut more, accept themselves with compassion, and tolerate tough emotions and thoughts. My main goal is to help you learn what works for YOU.

Dr. Barker is a licensed clinical psychologist who practices and provides therapy to ethnically and socioeconomically diverse couples. Furthermore, he offers general psychological services to facilitate treatment for various marital issues, including depression, anxiety, stress management, conflict management, interpersonal difficulties, childhood trauma, and men’s issues. To further aid with treatment, he asks poignant questions to understand the underlying concerns and collaboratively works with the client to develop a plan of action.

I am interested in helping individuals, families, and couples who are confronted with difficult challenges in their personal and professional lives. This includes marital obstacles of infidelity, marital stagnation, and partner abuse. It is also my desire to serve those struggling with issues of substance abuse and process addictions; such as pornography, compulsive sexual behaviors, and histories of sexual abuse. In addition, I look forward to helping teens and adolescents who find themselves struggling in areas of social relations, academic progress, and/or who are frequently in trouble at school or with the law due to challenging personal behaviors.

Bola earned his M.A. in Clinical Professional Psychology from Roosevelt University, Chicago. He is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and has experience working with individual, couple, group, and family of diverse backgrounds and psychological issues. Area of interest include anxiety, depression, substance use, anger management, grief and loss, trauma, marital conflict, family issues, and crisis intervention. Along with CBT, Bola utilizes strength based approach, collaborating with clients in identifying, nurturing, and utilizing the identified innate strengths in attaining clients improved mental/emotional well being.
