I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in supporting adults facing diverse challenges like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. My focus is on providing comprehensive assistance. Gwen Clancy graduated with a B.S. in Sociology from Illinois State University & a masters from St. Xavier University. She’s worked in agency settings since graduating college & really enjoys helping folks make forward progress in their lives. Her experience ranges from working with substance abuse, domestic violence, runaway/homeless youth & supervised residential for youth & those who have severe mental illness & are trying to re-integrate into the community. She describes those times as having been challenging & rewarding, as each person she’s worked with has taught her something valuable as a therapist.

I am accepting Telehealth clients only at this time. My goal in therapy is for you to discover a new skill set so you can become a better version of you. We will work together to achieve your needs. I have master’s degree in Community Counseling and I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) in IL and WA state. My specialties range from anxiety disorders, grief, life transitions to relationships and family conflict.

Dr. Amanda Skierkiewicz specializes in working with pediatric clients with learning disabilities and difficulties, executive dysfunction, and social emotional challenges. Dr. Amanda is extremely passionate about her work in school advocacy and consultation. She worked as Nationally Certified School Psychologist in her previous role. Her role allowed her to establish an extensive knowledge of academic support systems, IEPs, and 504s. This background also allows for a seamless integration of evaluation results and findings into practical, school-friendly recommendations for interventions to maximize each individual’s potential.
