Working with families, children, and adolescents, I have over 25 years counseling experience helping families and individuals work through conflict, trauma, separation, divorce, blended families and parenting issues. I am here to assist you with life skills, resources, and counseling techniques to help you through this difficult time. I welcome clients of all faiths and life choices. It is my goal to provide a safe environment to explore your past, learn new skills, work with your strengths to create a more interesting, positive, and fulfilling life. I am excepting new patients.
I work with families facing a variety of challenges from chronic mental health, physical illness, divorce, custody issues, addiction issues, including pornography, substance abuse, and gambling. Helping clients, work through life challenges by offering brief solution oriented therapy, longer term support therapy, educational and parenting classes, individual, and group therapy.
I work with community to de- stigmatize mental illness. Working for early detection, treatment, and interventions, I hope to promote wellness, and compassion.
