I work with adults and teens who are experiencing a number of different stressors, most frequently anxiety, depression, career issues, and navigating relationships. I've worked with people from all different backgrounds who are looking for ways to find their place in the world. I am passionate about helping people live their best lives and I specialize in improving self-esteem. Together, we’ll work through releasing stress, boundary setting, and maximizing your relationships (romantic, friend, family & even work).
I follow a strengths-based approach, so whether you are processing trauma, setting boundaries, working through relationship problems, or any number of different issues, we will be focusing on your strengths and improving your self-esteem along the way. I’m a believer in keeping it real - no toxic positivity here. You don’t need to bring good vibes only.
I don’t believe in a one size fits all version of therapy. We’re not all the same, so our therapy shouldn’t be either. I get to know you as an individual and work with you to create a plan to get you where you want to be. You already have all the tools you need to get there, I’ll help you find them.
