I offer counseling with a wide range of treatment options! Depression, anxiety and anger issues are our baggage and keep us moody, triggered, even addictive. Tools are a user-friendly therapy approach that helps couples and individuals change with a real direction and steps to move forward that are more effective than just "talk therapy or advice.
