I am primarily a female-focused therapist working with adolescent, teen and adult females in the state of New Jersey, through virtual sessions. I use a humanistic approach to therapy where I treat every patient the way I would my own friends and family - with a healthy dose of humor and rapport :) I believe our relationship is key to the therapeutic process. My speciality is in anxiety, depression and PTSD. With my person-centered approach, I use a mix of modalities tailored specifically to each individual's needs and goals. I combine my education, along with nine years experience, to best treat each individual.
I also have a background in studying and working with professional athletes and understand the unique struggles that come with those professions. I am continuing my studies at the doctoral level and am eager to put my expertise to good use. Improvement and achievement can be gained across all settings and fields of life.
