I have 20 years' experience in the mental health field providing counseling to treat depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, substance abuse, life transitions, personal growth, and prenatal and postpartum difficulties. I take a therapeutic approach with clients that stands on the foundation that each of us possess an innate healing wisdom. Together, with my clients, I focus on empowering each client to remember and uncover who they truly are. When we remember our basic goodness, we can heal past wounds and liberate ourselves to live life more fully.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a level II EMDR practitioner. I also have many hours of continuing education in EMDR, IFS/ parts work, trauma informed care, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and psychedelic integration.
I provide a genuine, warm, and often humorous approach to help people feel safe and validated in the therapy process. I believe our relationship is where the healing begins. It is a gift to be a part of my clients' journey's back into wholeness.
