I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, combining individual with family work. I earned my Masters of Social Work from Georgia State University in 2009 and earned my Bachelor of Arts in Society and Justice from the University of Washington. I am a member of the Georgia Society of Clinical Social Work and have worked in outpatient private practice and community mental health as well as inpatient psychiatric.

She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Gwinnett College and a Master of Science degree from Brenau University. She has had success working to help adults and adolescents/teenagers with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, and trauma. She has also successfully treated individuals struggling with phase of life problems, financial stress, and attachment difficulties.

I am a Christian therapist trained in many techniques, interventions, and approaches (i.e., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Humanistic); however, my focus is on working with my clients to meet their need for counseling. I believe counseling is the most effective way to gain insight into how our past is directing our present and future choices. We live in a world embraced intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships that have shaped and influenced our perception of ourselves and insightful counseling helps us ascertain what is important to us.
