I form a therapeutic relationship with my clients to help them deal with the issues they present. I draw on my years of experience and training to create the most effective treatment. Most of my clients experience relief within weeks of beginning therapy. Depending on the depth of the issues presented therapy can last a few months to a few years. Trust is the foundation and insight the main tool to create positive and long lasting change. I work with my clients to find what is best for them and support them in making the changes they want.

So many of us find ourselves repeating patterns of behavior we consciously experience a desire to let go of. What keeps us stuck is that we are disconnected from the places within us where our actions come from. My work with clients focuses on uncovering truth, with compassion and without judgment. My approach to therapy centers on the belief that "healing is making whole." Attention is, therefore, given to the whole of the individual: mind, heart, body and soul.
