In our practice, we provide a safe, professional and holistic atmosphere, where people are supported in making profound changes and choices in their lives. I work collaboratively with both individuals and couples, using a plethora of techniques, including the Enneagram, dreams, myth, gestalt ,IFS, and EMDR.
This approach enables us to access unconscious material, which strengthens the relationship to the Self. I love helping people find the goodness and strength within themselves, while taking responsibility for that which is not. Sitting with the discomfort of not knowing is where we often find our truth and resiliency.
