Are you struggling with coming out, exploring your gender identity, religious trauma, are autistic, have ADHD, chronic pain and illness or just looking for someone that "gets" you. Really "gets" you or your teen? LGBTQ, Transgender and gender expansive clients are my specialty and I have been working with this community for over a decade. As a queer person myself, I understand the struggle of coming out or finding your own place in the world. I enjoy working with people from 6th graders to adults who want to have the courage to be who they are. It is okay to need help and I know you are the authority on your own gender identity.
I have lived experience with chronic pain and illness. This is about you, not me, but I get it. I am a secular therapist who has additional training for my WPATH soc 8 GEI certification specializing in working with children, adolescents and adults. I also write WPATH soc v8 gender affirming hormone and surgery letters although I support informed consent.
I know it's hard to find a LGBTQIA and gender affirming, secular therapist in the Southeast. I know parents come to me wanting to understand their children. I know adults need to be themselves.
