I enjoy assisting adolescent and adult women who are struggling with issues related to self-esteem, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, body image, trauma, sexual assault survivors, grief, and relationship issues. I provide client-centered therapy and believe that successful treatment begins with building a strong client-therapist relationship. From this secure base, I can support you in working through pain towards growth and change. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process defined by trust, safety, warmth, empathy, and unconditional acceptance.

It can also lead to an expansion of comfort with all aspects of yourself. I am a clinical psychologist with 30 years’ experience working with adults and young adults in individual and couples therapy. I am also a certified EMDR therapist.

Chandler loves to work with youth and adults who are coping with mental illness, eating disorders, and trauma using a holistic, compassionate, and strengths-based approach with a trauma-informed perspective. She enjoys helping clients recognize and challenge trauma-related stuck points and develop more self-awareness as to how their past traumas may be influencing their present. Chandler offers counseling with the combination of genuine support and openness and the opportunity for healing through creative expression. Chandler sees therapy as a partnership that can lead clients towards more self-awareness, connection, and growth.

I specialize in emotional eating, binge eating, yo-yo dieting, eating disorders, and weight concerns. I also work with many clients with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and relationship struggles.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker whose practice offers a warm, nonjudgmental environment for anyone seeking insight, balance, and growth in their lives. I most often work with those experiencing concerns related to depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, and eating disorders. I have a special interest in working with individuals seeking to heal or balance their relationship with body image, food and exercise.

I specialize in walking with people who have experienced trauma and struggle to understand how to hold that trauma as a part of their story. I work well with clients who have experienced structural violence, including but not limited to sexual violence, relational violence, religious trauma, homophobia, fatphobia, racism, medical trauma, & complex trauma. I also work well with high achievers, college students, artists, writers, performers, thinkers, & creatives.
