I draw from evidence-based treatment modalities including Humanistic/Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I’m also intensively trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
