Mindful Self Compassion
Mindful Self-Compassion or "MSC" is a research-supported 8-week training program. It helps participants cultivate the habit of mindful self-compassion by learning to infuse our day to day experience with kindness, especially when we feel frustrated, inadequate, or overwhelmed. Research has shown that practicing self-compassion can lead to greater ease and well-being in our daily lives. It boosts resilience, reduces anxiety and depression, and can help maintain healthy lifestyle habits. MSC can be learned by anyone; It's the practice of recognizing moments of difficulty, and evoking good will toward ourselves and others as well.
