I primarily work with children and adolescents, but I'm open to clients of all ages. I have worked with clients on a variety of challenges - grief, bullying, post-traumatic stress, low self-worth, substance abuse, self-harm, adjusting to adoption, identity development, religious hurt, and more. I am currently contracted with Lukas Counseling Co. (formerly called Opulent VIP, LLC), which enables me to take a broad range of insurance and to schedule sessions in your community, at your home, or virtually. During in-person sessions, I follow all CDC guidelines, and I have also been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

I have over 25 years experience providing Substance Abuse and Mental Health Treatment in a great deal of diverse settings. I am interested in learning more about (you ) and (your ) goals and objectives for therapy. I believe a counseling relationship works best when you are comfortable with a therapist and free to be who you are. I help you reach this goal by bringing to the session , experience , honesty of myself , kindness and genuine regard. I am part of the Veteran Choice Programs to receive VA referrals.

As a clinical social worker and a proud military spouse, I am able to understand the challenges and stress that is specific to military life, including its effect on you and your family.
