My clients have primarily been children, adolescents, and young women, and I aim to provide a safe, welcoming therapeutic space for all. I am currently contracted with Lukas Counseling Co. which enables me to take a broad range of insurance. I only offer virtual sessions presently.
I take a strengths-based, trauma-informed, integrative approach that utilizes evidence-based practices while adapting to your unique needs. I also recognize that real-world issues such as racial injustice, LGBTQ+ rights, and financial insecurity impact your wellbeing. I want to ally with you in navigating whatever life throws at you.
