About
Seeking counseling is a sign of strength. If you feel stuck in a phase of life, after trying enough to steer clear form family conflicts, feelings worthlessness, guilt, addiction, compulsiveness, anxiety, worries, fears, depression; fears to speak in public, trauma with intrusive memories, lack of happiness poor sleep, bullying or a developmental conditions. If any of these issues are starting to get in the way of your life, then let's share the strength to find a solution. Get your life back. Life is still way too precious to procrastinate.
For my work I rely on a person to person approach, where we search for the best possible outcomes through collaboration. The techniques that we use in therapy that have shown to be effective in practice, and I want the individual, to become her/his own best therapist, overtime, through self-management.
As a behavioral health therapist I promote the transformation of lives. My work model is based on empathy, centered on the individual/family. I strive on sharing with you the strength to find a solution, whenever unwanted issues start getting in the way of your life. Get your life back. Life is still way too precious to procrastinate.
