I am glad you are here! I have both a master's and doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), and have been practicing for 15 years. I focus on building collaborative relationships with individuals, couples, and families. We all possess the necessary strengths to change. My role as a therapist is to draw out existing strengths and resources to help clients reach their full potential. My personal values are authenticity, connection, reliability and open-mindedness.

At times life can be exceptionally challenging and our resilience can be tested. We might have tried everything to feel better and yet find ourselves struggling. Whether the challenge is an unexpected life event, a transition, feeling stuck in our past, unsure about the future, our relationships, or our own personal internal struggle, these challenges can impact our lives and functioning in unexpected ways that even the most resilient person can have difficulties coping with or processing.
