Dr. Sandra Castillo is a licensed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist and Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida. Dr. Castillo also developed a group practice focusing on improving your quality of life, maintaining a positive self-concept and worldview, addressing past traumas while empowering your personal strengths. Our clinical team specializes in the assessment and treatment of Childhood Trauma, Social Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, personality disorders, dementia, grief/loss as well as cognitive rehabilitation. Dr. Castillo is also a Court expert witness and performs psychological and forensic evaluations.

I am licensed in Florida with 4 years of professional work experience. I have been in the mental health field in multiple capacities of service for over 20 years of combined experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

Therapy can be a scary process for many people and it’s important to find the right person to embark on this journey with. I am a psychotherapist & physical therapist specializing in therapy for the mind & body from an integrative perspective. I work with adolescents & adults (individual, couple, and/or family sessions). I assist with emotional, psychosocial issues (anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship & self-esteem difficulties, aspects of addiction), & physical issues (chronic pain, headaches, stomach problems, pre/post natal). I also assist those in self exploration & wellness. I facilitate well-being, drawing from your internal resources towards change. Dr. Centurion has previously worked with individuals who experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, medical non-adherence, pain management as well as many others. She also has experience in conducting psychological evaluations for children and adolescents. Dr. Centurion earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Vincent College, in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. She earned her Master’s degree in School Psychology from Barry University in Miami, Florida and further completed her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

I've realized during my time practicing as a Mental Health Counselor, the immediate need for someone to listen! I empathize with individuals who want to be heard and understood. One common issue that stands out during my therapy session is difficulties communicating and listening among peers and family. I hear my client's say how difficult it has been for them to express and explain their perspectives to others and not feel heard. During these difficult times all we need is someone to listen without judgment.

Bio Dr. Ken Goodrich, L.M.H.C. I am a seasoned and experienced Licensed Health Counselor who is passionate about wellness and providing a non-judgmental and safe space for all individuals. I have enormous compassion for people going through life's challenges and transitions and I feel privileged to work with those who are seeking support. Through a strengths-based, trauma informed and person-centered therapeutic approach, I recognize the importance of building a relationship with clients in order to establish realistic and attainable goals together. I have experience working with adults, couples, adolescents and children.

I work with my clients to help them repair and nurture the relationships they have with their loved ones. Though I am trained in treating couples and families, my therapy also values a focus on the individual. I find it important to promote a balance between rational and emotional orientations to our experiences, and I help my clients to reflect this balance in multiple facets of their lives.

Jairo Serna is a psychotherapist licensed by the state of Florida who treats families with troubled relationships, anger, anxiety, and depression. His training and expertise has been helpful to couples and individuals who are confronting life transitions adjustment issues. Whether switching jobs, or moving to another country, rising children in a different culture, or retiring, change create stress and turmoil to the whole family. Mr Serna has developed a unique and effective expertise in treating the elderly and the special challenges of the elderly couples. Mr. Serna is also a trained family mediator and state certified assessor and facilitator of domestic violence treatment programs.
