I am a psychotherapist & physical therapist specializing in therapy for the mind & body from an integrative perspective. I work with adolescents & adults (individual, couple, and/or family sessions). I assist with emotional, psychosocial issues (anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship & self-esteem difficulties, aspects of addiction), & physical issues (chronic pain, headaches, stomach problems, pre/post natal). I also assist those in self exploration & wellness. I facilitate well-being, drawing from your internal resources towards change. Sessions are specific to your needs, exploring your natural self-corrected process.
I specialize in a variety of techniques specific to your psychological and/or physical needs. I utilize a systemic/relational perspective for individuals, couples, or families exploring all that influences your well-being. I incorporate hypnotherapy, EMDR, craniosacral therapy/somatic therapy, meditations, exercises (if applicable), & other adjuncts.
I assist individuals, couples, & families whom are experiencing levels of stress, effecting aspects of their mind and/or body. In mutual respect, we explore several avenues moving towards increased joy in stillness, work, & play. For some individuals, I assist those purely interested in self-exploration, preventative health care, & self-awareness.
