I work with people to provide specialized treatment and education to learn what's holding you back from a fulfilling and meaningful life. Together in a compassionate and non-judgmental space, we will work to identify how the thoughts and stories you have about yourself and life get in your way, how to make room for human experiences in the present moment, and how to act in the service of your values.

Dr. Meg is a licensed psychologist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, emerging adults, and families. She has expertise treating interpersonal trauma using relational and psychodynamic frameworks. She offers individual, group, and family psychotherapy, as well as consultation, training, and supervision. Dr. Meg is able to provide teletherapy and assessment services to clients in PSYPACT states.

What I enjoy most about my work is the variety of people I am able to meet and help to achieve their personal goals, whatever they may be. Whether you are digesting a new chapter in your life, coping with a loss, getting to know yourself again, or anything in between, it can be so hard to ask for and accept help. I aim to cultivate a space where you feel heard, understood, and validated. If you are ready to do the work, I am here to help. Outside of therapeutic counseling, I also offer clinical supervision to other social workers in the field.

I utilize evidence based practices that emphasize changing maladaptive ways of thinking and behaving as key factors in reducing stress, anxiety, depression and self-defeating behavior patterns. I am dually licensed as an Independent Clinical Social Worker and Masters Level Alcohol and other Drug Counselor. I am an approved Clinical Supervisor for individuals seeking licensure through the New Hampshire Board of Mental Health and the NH Board of Alcohol and other Drug Use Professionals for LADC/MLADC licensure.

Our life can leave residual effects, based on experiences, leaving us feeling wounded, unheard and alienated from others and ourselves. Therapy is a private space to explore these effects and develop skills to move toward connection and fulfilment in our life. I am motivated by being witness to transformation and recovery. I have had the privilege of being part of someone’s journey of exploring experiences which have created distress in their life. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), with 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I graduated from Boise State University with a Masters of Social Work.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor. I specialize in working with children and adolescents with complicated profiles. I am trained in integrating play therapy with evidence based approaches such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and more. I also offer supervision for Licensure and Association for Play Therapy credentialing.

I have been working as a therapist and clinical supervisor for more than thirty years. I love helping people discover their hidden skills, strengths and values which may have become lost in life’s struggles. Whatever the issue, my job is to assist you in realizing you have the capacity to untangle and manage whatever brings you to my office. My approach involves separating the person from the problem; helping people manage the kinds of negative thoughts we all have which can increase stress, tell us bad things about ourselves, or convince us to do things that are not in our best interest.

The sexual part of your life is not where you want it to be and you are desperate for change. You and your partner are worried that something might be wrong with you or your relationship. I am an ordained minister with over 30 years of counseling experience in pastoral care and spiritual development. I also have over 15 years of addiction counseling experience with substance abuse and was an Executive Director of a sober housing facility.
