Years of earning certifications in a variety of evidence based modalities craft a variety of tools to help most any situation. Are you seeking support for a sensitive issue or just don't feel like you are living the life you are meant to be? Using evidence-based treatments, we draw from CBT, CPT, ACT, DBT, YOGA and IFS. We are particularly passionate about plant medicine, psychedelic-assisted therapy and animal assisted therapy. What this means for you is that we probably have a few ways to help you out, as not every treatment is right for every person. We can be flexible!
