Welcome! I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you at my practice. I offer telehealth individual therapy appointments to adults in New Hampshire and Maine. I provide a safe and non judgmental space to guide individuals in exploring and increasing self worth, self empowerment, and creating a healthy routine. I believe in utilizing a strengths based approach to encourage finding joy and gratitude. If you find yourself feeling consumed by the past, disconnected from the present, or anxious about the future, I will support you in rediscovering connection to yourself and others in sustainable and healthy ways.
I treat anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, life transitions, trauma, substance use disorders, and family members impacted by a loved one’s substance use patterns. I am trauma informed and trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques. I also offer clinical supervision to New Hampshire MSW pre-licensed candidates.
I am a firm believer that humor and laughter are fundamental life skills that I practice often in and outside of the office. I am not a “cookie cutter” therapist, I enjoy treating each client with an individualized approach. We are all humans striving to learn and grow, and I look forward to being a part of that journey with you.
