I am a somatic therapist specializing in trauma recovery. In a decade of serving individuals and families, I have come to believe in the power of our bodies to re-wire our experiences and reclaim our joy. I am passionate about protecting and respecting each person's right to belonging, self-determination, and self-love. It is my honor to hold a space of unconditional positive regard for my clients as we use body-breath techniques to reconcile long-standing trauma responses.
As a somatic trauma therapist, I focus on your body's current state of flight, fight, freeze, and fawn to support neurophysiological safety. When reprocessing trauma, I use body/breath protocols I've been specially trained in to release stress from the neurophysiological memory.
